Use of HomeLead Services

You agree to use HomeLead only for lawful business purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the platform in a way that could harm our users or infrastructure.

Data Ownership & Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you upload. You confirm that:

By uploading, you grant HomeLead a license to use your data only as needed to deliver our services. We will not sell or misuse your information.

Lead Generation & Conversion

HomeLead offers lead generation tools but does not guarantee conversion. Any transactions with leads are between you and the lead directly. We are not liable for the accuracy or outcome of such interactions.

Service Modifications

We may update, add, or remove features from time to time without prior notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Subscription & Billing

HomeLead offers paid plans. Payment terms will be shared before purchase. Access to services may be paused if payment is delayed. All payments are processed via secure gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Account Deactivation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse our services. You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support@homelead.com.

Privacy & Data Protection

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload malicious software or viruses.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Use the platform to bully, harass, or violate others’ privacy.
• Publish content that infringes intellectual property rights.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold HomeLead and its team harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last six months.

Communication Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages related to your account, offers, and updates. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link.
